Ambition Is Like A Frog

When I first started my blog I had no real ambitions for it and no idea of what I really wanted from it.  I was just in a bit of a rut and looking for something creative to do in my spare time.  Now that I have been at it awhile I am starting to see all the different types of avenues this little blog could take me like possibly opening an Etsy shop for my vintage finds or maybe just getting better with my own photography.  Wherever this blog takes me in the future, its nice to get recognized from fellow bloggers like the lovely Kat from Kats Love Fashion who recently gave me a blog award.  I cant say thank you enough.

 Seven Fun Tidbits about the birdie (thats me):

1.  I love odd humor hence the Jack Handey quote.  I love it when you tell a joke and people give you that "uh?" stare.  It makes me chuckle just thinking about it.

2.  I make a mean tiramisu - its actually a cake but has the flavors of a tiramisu.  Its a delicious treat suitable   for family functions and/or breakfast.  Instant food coma.

 


3.  I am afraid to drive on the highway.  I will take back roads galore to avoid it.  I also prefer to be driven, just call me Miss Daisy.

 

4. My favorite band hands down = The White Stripes but you will hear more about that on Friday.  Stay tuned.

5.  I have to have a fan on in order to fall asleep. Really weird, I know.

6.  I am missing summer right now.  I know I complained a lot of the humidity but the thought of having to dig my car out of snow is horrendous.

7.  Green Tea with lemon keeps me sane.  I also like to yell Get In Here Lemon real loud as I squeeze the juice into my tea.....get it, 30 Rock....okay yea.
