To Pin Or Not To Pin

I know that I am late to the game, but I've finally joined the ever popular site Pinterest (please no applause).  I tried to resist since with blogging, tumblring, facebooking, and other computer based activities I've turned into something of an internet zombie, but alas the pull of Pinterest was too strong and I've now become addicted.  I've pinned so many deletable desserts (so not good for my diet), countless cute outfits (so not good for my wallet), and several diy projects (so not good for my safety) that I am officially the president of Pinterest.  My first act of business as president is to grow my five followers into ten (gotta dream big).  Its only with your help that we as an internet community can make this happen.  So please follow me here and together we will rule this world together (you can start applauding now).

    I had the same resistance that you did before joining pinterest. I enjoy it, but it has not consumed my life (yet)

  10. I love your outfit :) it's definitely my sort of style and something I'd love to wear. I'm rubbish on the internet when it comes to my blog- I've only just made a page of facebook and not tried twitter, I wonder if I should or just keep it simple, don't want to be stuck to my laptop!

  14. look at you, being on pinterest and everything. i am on pinterest but i barely use it. it just felt like way to much, although i really like it but having so many sites, it got to be, like you said to zombie and i hate zombies!!!!

  17. I love the bow blouse with the shorts, this is so cute! Pinterest is awesome. It's so well designed. I've never felt compelled to use Tumblr, but when Pinterest came along, it was like, "Oh, this is like Tumblr, but way cooler." I wish I had more time to pin stuff.

  19. Teehee...Pinterest is my addiction. I don't pin so much so as to generate a crowd or obtain more followers...but I really love the idea of having a virtual place to store all my inspiration photos. I literally have saved myself tons of time from tearing images I see in magazines! =)

    I see you have fallen victim to what those addicts call Pinterest. I just can't seem to cave. Guess we know now who's stronger. ;) Trust me, it does look tempting, but fuck, I can't find another internet entity that sucks the life out of me! I was so happy with my month long vacation from the e-world but still had that guilty, ugly feeling in my gut every night that I went to bed because I knew I should have been blogging. Crazy.
    Anywho, now I'm just rambling. I must catch up on what I've missed in your awesomesauce life.
