Shopping online is one of my great pleasures and one of my greatest annoyances as determining whether an article of clothing will suit/fit my body is a constant guessing game. I had been swooning over the below Oasap dress for months while it patiently sat in my ginormous wishlist. I would check on it every now and then and even had it in my shopping cart ready for purchase only to talk myself out of it with excuses ranging from "the model in the photo must be an uber waif and that's why the horizontal stripes aren't creating a wide load message on her backside" to "how chic could I possibly look tripping all over myself on the excess fabric that would surely accompany this maxi." After a little positive reinforcement from my twitter followers I finally took the plunge figuring if the dress looked like a hot mess on me, I could just place the blame on their shoulders. Well not only do I not look like a hot mess, but this is easily one of my favorite, most comfortable, and hella cute dresses. Plus it was only twenty seven dollars.
