With so much turkey consumed by yours truly last Thursday, I'll be surprised if I don't sprout feathers soon.  Even if I do go all black swan, it will have been worth it just to devour all that glorious Thanksgiving turkey.  Yes, I ate my way into a food coma last Thursday that lasted nearly forty-eight hours resulting in checking zero things off my to do list.  All in all my weekend was less than productive unless you count watching two movies an accomplishment (you really should).  I graciously allowed Kevin to pick Saturday's movie so now I can say I've seen exactly one half of 21 Jump Street (I tapped out after Jonah Hill's character got stabbed with some scissors).  Its wasn't a productive weekend, but all that relaxing has left me feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated that next weekend I think I'll watch three movies.

  1. My question is this, Amber Girly Bird. When are we gonna see another food baby? Gretchen is asking for a little brother or sister in time for Christmas! My weekend was every bit as unproductive as yours, dear friend. I spent it reclining in my bright purple beanbag chair watching repeat Hulu Plus screenings of Ma and Paw Kettle Back on the Farm and Abbott and Costello Meet the Mummy.   6. yea i hurt myself eating too much this turkey weekend. I just love stuffing, what can i say! That shit is amazing. Now i am eating salads all week just so that i feel back to normal :( yellow is such a good color on you and i love that blazer too, i need more of them in my life. we watched 2 movies too this last weekend but we also watched buffy and adventure time :) so much laziness it was heaven!

  13. gotta love unproductive weekends spent on just relaxing and watching movies...somehow my Thanksgiving weekend was a blur which started the day before the holiday!! Crazy. I need one of those weekends of just reruns of reality tv and Christmas movie marathons.Such a cute outfit - I love the vest with the blazer

  15. I got nothing done last weekend either! I think it's kind of impossible to do things over Thanksgiving. That's what I'm convinced myself, at least! However, I'm paying for my laziness now... or I will be when I get off the internet and actually do my work.
    Also, this outfit is so cute! I love your pleated skirt. I think it's inspired me to break out my black pleated skirt asap.
